Most people would say no I haven’t got a termite infestation, without a regular termite inspection you would just be merely guessing and praying that your property has not got termites.

I really think it is strange that people will willingly spend thousands of dollars on a new home and then perhaps furnish this with new furniture and then turn their attention to the garden and might put on a deck or spend money on landscaping.

Really there is nothing wrong with doing this but the money you are spending on making your home just right could be could be all in vain if you were to find silent termites have done structural damage that will cost who knows how much to rectify.

Depending on the type of termite inspection you choose you could spend only one dollar a day to ensure your home still looks as good today as when you go to sell it.
I have seen people disappointed and upset to find that the property that they now want to sell has been found to have termites and the sale has fallen over.

Either annually or bi-annually it is worth the few dollars for the peace of mind having a termite inspection to protect your investment.
